What is it?
People use products to find answers, make decisions, or take action. But discovering (or rediscovering) key information or affordances isn't always easy. Important links might be buried deep in a complicated menu. Critical insight might require users to read between the lines of a complicated chart. Sometimes, the product might have insights that users wouldn't even think to look for. When users find out they missed this valuable information because it was buried deep in the product, they can feel disappointed, let down, and left to deal with very concrete consequences.
