What is it?
Some tasks can be designed to require less work from users who do them frequently or have more advanced knowledge and experience. Forcing users to always go through the exact same flow—this is particularly true if the default workflow is hard to find or if it contains questions, decisions, or actions that an advanced user doesn't feel they need to answer, make, or take—can make these frequent or advanced users feel border and annoyed.
